PAINTINGS

All paintings will be shipped by USPS, boxed and packaged with care. Shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and the size of the painting.

PRINTS  

All print are shipped using USPS. Prints under 16x20" will ship flat, backed by foam core. If it is larger than this size, it will be shipped rolled in a tube.

RETURNS

All sales are final unless item is damaged during shipping. Please contact us at hi@emmaballou.com immediately upon damaged delivery with images of item and packaging.

No returns on commissions once approved. Non-refundable deposit on commissions may be used towards online shop.
