I have been lucky enough to have several opportunities to create some fantastically large art in several different communities! There is something so freeing about working on this scale. Murals are so amazing because they are all about the BIG picture.

 

I love how far back I have to step to soak it in and see how the painting is developing, it's impossible to get caught up in the details. I'm also pretty obsessed with how murals make art accessible to everyone. I love watching how people react to seeing them for the first time, there is just something about art, it can't help but move you and pull you in.
